I ordered Kelly green hair dye and they purposefully sent an alternative color because the Kelly green was out of stock. They never asked if I'd wanted a different color and they did not refund me. Rather they sent the wrong product knowing it was the wrong product, because they sent a letter along with the hair color stating they were out of stock so they sent a different product instead! Had I known they were out of the color of wanted, I would never have purchased from this place!
