Product Information

One of very few true dating games to make it to North American consoles, the Nintendo DS launch title Sprung is an amorous, lighthearted social simulation that takes place in a ski resort. While Japan is known for producing a wide variety of games in the style, Sprung was developed internally by French publisher Ubisoft. Players take the role of a single man or a woman who is hoping to hook up with a member of the opposite gender. The basic game plays out like a text adventure, with images of different scenes and characters displayed along with brief descriptions of the current situation and multiple-choice player reactions. The game challenges its players' smooth-talking sensibilities in over 50 conversational missions, with titles such as "Secret Admirer," "The Sketchy Ex-Boyfriend," "Hot Chick Scavenger Hunt."

    Sprung Nintendo DS

    At first I thought this game would be a little borig sine you have to read and choose your own adventure with the responces, but it got to be very attictive. True, the game is short and if you play it right a week will probably be the most you end up playing, but it was fun and entertaining. I was laughing out loud and I was telling everyone about the game. I plyed both the guy nd girl so the ending are comepletely different. You will like this this game and have the power to control what will happen next. This game should be played by older teens for you will be seeing and speaking some strong sexual contents. There is a lot of liqs involved as well. I recoment this game.

    interesting concept

    i decided to buy this game because it was cheap. you can get it for $5 sometimes. you use your stylus to choose answers in response to what is going on in the storyline. you can also use items to win the affection of the opposite sex. the good thing about this game is that it is pretty funny sometimes, and you get yourself into some very strange situations sometimes. some "stages" are about getting the girl into the hot tub or lying your way through a situation--so it's not really for young kids. you can also play as the girl, so it's cool for everybody. Sprung is not the greatest game on earth, but is innovative and worth trying for it's next-to-nothing price.

    Great Vicarious Living - Sprung (DS)

    I like this game for the mindless entertainment value, but in my opinion there really is no replay value to this game. Once you play out both scenarios - one with the guy and one with the girl - there is no real reason to play it again, unless you enjoy it so much that you want to redo it. The graphics are good, and the game is outright funny sometimes. There are some annoying aspects to it, but maybe that is because I'm not a stud and can't smooth talk hot video game chicks. This game is definitely worth buying and playing.

    Didnt Spring Me.

    I read the reviews before purchasing this game, and they more or less said that it was a good game for the price. I, however, didnt find the game to hold my intrest at all. I can't complain because i didnt pay much for the game but i have only played it for about 20 min. since i bought it two weeks ago. The idea of the game is cute, but the way you play it is kinda boring. I am 21 yrs. old so i thought this kind of crude humor would be right up my alley, unfourtantly i isnt, i should have spent my 10 dollars putting gas in my car.
