Communication was perfect until I had questions about the UPS shipping status never updating. I had several shoe trees ordered through eBay and the initial shipping status/tracking number/ entered by seller didn’t match anything I received.
Seller asked me to just match the shoe trees with the description/picture that was provided. I sent seller copy of the tracking info that was provided, and no response from seller.
I came to the conclusion I received what seller sent. For that I am thankful!
