Neutral response. The 12ga laser was missing an insulator and the batteries were installed during shipment. This resulted in the device running down the batteries during shipment. I pointed this out. The response was that no one else has had the problem. The discussion seemed argumentative but language translation can result in misunderstandings. The laser worked once I insulated it, it just requires a paper sleeve, and put in new batteries. The price was good so all is good.
