    Absolutely the best residential security system as far as performance and ease of installation, as well as very intuitive interface regardless if you use the app or the keypad for setup and configuration changes on the fly. If you buy refurbished directly from SimpliSafe, the price point is insane and outrageous (to your benefit: just to clarify)! There is no way in hell you could have convinced me that this was not brand new -- retired central station dispatcher here.

    It's a shame we didn't realize the new generation doesn't work with our old generation (legacy) door and motion sensors before buying, but we're still really impressed by the speed of the new system / base station compared to our older model. We think the upgrade is well worth the money overall and the refurbished products are working wonderfully!

    Very intuitive easy install

    This product was much easier to put in place and get working than I thought every step of the way they told you what to do and better yet everything they told you worked very happy with the whole system the programming features and the camera fuse
