They accepted I could return. the shoes, as I did but ebay had to refund. They had not been tried on or changed, had more wear and broken down in the heel areas inside and out. All packaging was sent in same box and shoes and papers as I received. So because they themselves state they were not as they were sent to me I give a neutral rating.
