I ordered floor mats for my BMW and it is a long wheelbase chassis. I stated this in the order. I was shipped formats for a short wheelbase chassis so my rear mats are 6 in too short. I have attempted for multiple days in a row to contact the seller in order to remedy this situation and have had zero response....hence my negative feedback here.
