We had issues
The price and features are great, but the headset only worked for a few days, Also, the system seemed to disable the phone lines several times. A coupe of times we needed to disconnect this phone from the lines in order to have phone service even on the other phones. Then we would have it on again for a while until it seemed to shut down our service again. We finally took it off permanently. Place call on hold is impossible
Do not buy. The product has a problem when putting call on hold. Impossible to get back to call and other extensions can’t pick up the call. Tried calling V-Tech but company doesn’t offer support. I’m really disappointed with this purchase. Worst purchase ever!!!
