I have purchased gobar kanda from you. I am very disappointed that you have sent me a wrong product as per your description. First thing you mentioned that it’s Round shape with 7 Inches diameter, it’s only 2.5 inches in diameter as per the photograph below. Secondly you mentioned that it will be 20 pieces, It’s only 14 small pieces and a quarter as seen in the photo. Very bad service.

I ordered this product on 4 Jan 2024, and by 19 Feb it had still not even been posted. After requesting a refund, the seller said on 8 Feb that they had initiated the process for your refund. Yet still no refund 10 days later. A refund was finally processed on 19 Feb, just hours after I wrote a critical review. The seller then asked, via eBay, that I change my review because a refund was made, eBay leaving that to my discretion. Hence this review now includes that a refund was finally made.
