The estimated shipping date in the listing was a little optimistic, and the tracking showed "label created" for two weeks before it actually shipped, but for free shipping on a 70lb item that I paid just $180 for, I can't complain. When I messaged the seller to ask why shipping was taking a while they responded very quickly and then followed up again while the item was actually being shipped to me. I highly recommend this seller.

The system arrived brand new in box. Everything looks good, not installing till the spring now. All parts are in box and at a much better price than anyone else.
If I need anything else in the future and they are the seller I won’t hesitate. Only thing I have of a recommendation is to figure out a better means in replying to customers. Came across as a multitude of different people replying every time depending on who got to it first. Lead to some confusion and a lot of repetition
