      Failed after 6 months.

      Really disappointed. Unit's headset went dead after 6 months. Replacement cost for headset was $100. I bought another more robust brand.

      Not a simple solution

      It is not that easy to use. You can't simply push the button on the headset to answer the phone. So answering 4 lines is somewhat of a cluster.
