Great packaging, fast shipping. Although the item was in very good condition, the disc itself was unreadable for my console. After writing about this to the seller, a quick response in favour of a full refund was given. Very courteous and professional seller. Very happy with this ending. B+

Good "go to" for great exercises

I like that the exercises are based on the users and their different stages of strengths, stamina, etc. I have found that doing the exercises daily has helped me to gain better breathing and also has helped with my weight loss journey. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting to do in-home exercises.

  • Great Game

After the fiasco that was Jillian Michaels 2009, I wasn't expecting much from this one. But I was pleasantly surprised. It's still pretty much a glorified exercise video, but there are a ton of exercises to choose from which will really make you sweat. One of the few things unique about this game is the recipe guide. Under the health and lifestyles section there is a section called Healthy Recipes. This section has more than 50 different healthy recipes that will fit into any lifestyle. Each recipe will show the ingredients, cooking instructions and the nutritional information on that particular item from the calories down to the sodium of each item. This is a great way to learn how to eat healthier, even if it is a small thing such as a snack or even a dessert. Overall, this game is a ...

  • BE READY TO SWEAT!! Playing = REAL WEIGHT LOSS!!

Be prepared to seriously sweat the pounds away!! If you are serious about getting fit and losing weight, this game follows the TV show's intensity. This is NOT fun!! BUT YOU WILL LOSE SERIOUS WEIGHT!! Unlike Wii Fit which has fun balance games and freedom to choose your excersices. The Biggest Loser chooses the exercises for you and determines a set time for your workout based on your choices on How much you want to loose in a set amount of time. I'm 44 obese and handicapped and chose the lowest weight goal in the longest time and ended up with an intense 13 min non-stop workout. My friend chose the same weight loss but second to last time frame and ended up with a 26 min ( she does get a water break 1/2 way thru) If you are not able to do some of the exercises (handicapped like me) ...

  • Biggest Looser Wii

I decided to buy this because I LOVE the show!! At first I was ecstatic about the Wii BL game and I used it daily. I LOVE the challenges that go with it and I like that you can pick an intensity level and a time limit, I like that you can just work a certain part of your body and I like that the exercises don't kill you. You do sweat and get a work-out and it's fun to be reminded of the show. The downside are that you cannot stop in the middle of a circuit and this makes things harder when your child needs you, etc. Also, I wish it didn't stop so much between each exercise. You feel like you're just standing there. I don't feel as hyped as you do when you just keep going constantly to the music, but the reason is to give you time to adjust the wii remote. I'm not AS enthusiastic ...

  • the biggest loser...is a good workout

I really like the workouts, they have a lot of options and I find them really challenging, and i do work hard and sweat a lot. What I don't like is the interaction, what I mean by that is that it's not clear how to set up the workout schedule, and If the program you are working doesn't have a workout for you that day, you cannot add one, and have it count..I find it hard to understand, it would just be really great if there was a more informative user booklet, or at least a step by step online guide on how to use the whole program. I am working out hard, but wanted a better gaming experience.
