    The part I purchased was incorrect for the vehicle I own, but that might have happened because of the info I put into their website page. It arrived in good time, and when I found it was incorrect and requested a refund they were really good. I was sent a return shipping label, part was sent back, and the refund was in my account within 3 days. This could have been a bad experience, but was made a good one with excellent customer service.
