Contacted the seller and they blamed the postal service (package arrived unopened and undamaged). Seller refused to provide the screws when I requested them because it would cost them $5. I had to search online and find the screws. The smallest quantity available was 30, so now I have 28 extra screws for nothing. Poor customer service, and borderline dishonest. Would not do business with them again.
