Fell cheated because the tittle of the item said satin silk pillowcase but the item came was microfiber. Requested for refund but seller said that they did nothing wrong because they had item description as "only plain". To me, plain means no pattern. Seller claim there's no misled information about the product that they sell because they've been doing it for so long and had no issues. My question is why named the item as Satin Silk if it's not? Isn't it confusing and cheating?
