They said that the item was discontinued, that it had been replaced by a new model, and that they were waiting for me to accept the new model, although they had never contacted me to inform me. I told them I didn’t want the new model and asked for a refund which they did process. They still have the deceptive listing posted.

This is the second of this hair dryer that I have purchased. I bought the first one of the manufacturer's website. I paid full price the first time. This time I paid $ 54.00 for the same dryer. So I got a great deal on a brand new dryer. The other one lasted about 5 years.

The best hairdryer I've ever used!
I've used this hairdryer for the past 4 years and just love it. It makes my hair smooth and static free. However, it wasn't until the first one quit working that I realized how much I love it! I immediately found and ordered a replacement and I bought the exact same model I had before. While I was waiting for it to arrive, I used an old Conair dyer that I had. I couldn't believe the difference! My hair was flat and wasn't as shiny. I couldn't believe it was actually the dryer, but when the new one arrived and I used it the next day, my hair was full, smooth, and shiny again.
