The seller is not responding to the buyer's request for a partial refund at all, and is being very uncooperative - ignoring the customer without any feedback or message replies, even though eBay officials have confirmed that a partial refund should be issued. He doesn't care about the customer at all, and is only concerned about their own financial gain.

I am VERY surprised to find that item was packaged in a sealed, form fitting, plastic package as if it was brand new! VERY VERY pleased. Item looks immaculate.
