    Perfectly delightful experience!

    This book was a specific request from my daughter for her bday. She used to live in NYC and now lives in the Deep South and wanted something from her old life. Instead of going to Amazon, I gave ebay a try first and found this in excellent condition for 25% of the cost! It arrived in perfect time and she was thrilled. She is the type of daughter that loves to save $$$ as much as her mom. She knows there will be more for her in the long run.

    great book for the beginner to advanced chef

    I used this book as a chef at a small restuarant in colorado for the daily special soups. i grew to love it as i continued to experiment with many different recipes in the book. i highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to wow people with simple and satisfying soups, with style and grace.

    The Daily Soup Cook Book

    This is a great cookbook for soup-lovers, and even for those who aren't totally sold on soup. Seriously! Every soup recipe I've tried from the book has been a success.

    reminds me of the store!

    I used to be a patron of the daily soup when i went to college. When i lost the book in the process of moving i didn't think i'd find it again, but thanks to ebay, I can rummage through some memories and favorite recipes too.
