I ordered Kelly green hair dye and they purposefully sent an alternative color because the Kelly green was out of stock. They never asked if I'd wanted a different color and they did not refund me. Rather they sent the wrong product knowing it was the wrong product, because they sent a letter along with the hair color stating they were out of stock so they sent a different product instead! Had I known they were out of the color of wanted, I would never have purchased from this place!

    Hair straightener it is absolutely awesome and amazing

    This hair straightener is absolutely amazing, I would recommend it to anyone. My hair is thick, curly and long, with other straighteners it takes me about an hour to straighten my hair and it doesn’t come out how I want it. It’s frizzy and not even straight the whole way, but this straightener is so much different and so much better. Definitely glad I got it it was a great a great purchase. Would definitely recommend it to my friends and family

    Lives up to the name!

    I got this to replace my nano titanium flat irons which sadly died on me after 4 years of daily use on clients. I’ve only been using the rapido for one day but I’m super impressed by how quickly it heats up, it gets to 350 in seconds, no plugging your flat iron in and cutting it on in advance. It glides smoothly, even on coarse hair. Super pleased so far. Digital temp display is a huge bonus. My old one had dials which I didn’t really care for.
