Package arrived new and early, but it was crammed in a box that was too small with no packing material and it separated the bubble from the card. It’s trashed. Seller responded to an earlier question about the shipping but no response when enquired about the actual packing of the item.

Customer never mentioned anything about product being damaged Did not know it even arrived wife stated it was with other packages they had ordered possible damage from stack from other deliveries. Did not open a case about damage or want refund or replacement so it is unfair to leave negative feedback when there is a return/ replacement policy to address these issues. The Toy as stated by their comment was fine if they wanted to have this as a collectible they could have paid for insurance.

I didn’t need to contact seller. I specifically added a message at the time of purchase asking the seller to pack well. The damage was clearly from being crammed in a box that was too small with no packing in it. I shouldn’t have to specify if it’s for a collection or not. I bought a “new” item and asked for safe packing. But I can appreciate how this guy is trying to skirt any responsibility for that and somehow blame it on me.
