Super Fassst shipper and this gentleman really knows how to pack securely to prevent damage. The cd player was enclosed in bubble wrap and thick foam board then placed in a special heavy duty shipping box with more foam board and paper cushioning all around. Most likely would have survived an earthquake. The player and box arrived undamaged and the player performs flawlessly. Communication was also excellent. Ten Star plus !!
