Finally I got something that is as good as it looked! Nice thick buffalo, color consistent with the photos, and attention to details I wouldn't have thought of like wrapping each metal buckle on cellophane to protect the leather. Customer service from Dee was off the charts answering my anxious and impatient questions. She got it shipped before the system could keep pace and informed me in a message.
