The hat was shipping in a shipping sack and not a box which caused the brim/bill of the hat to be bent and disfigured. reached out to seller with zero response. Not sure why the seller wouldn't respond not why he would ship a baseball het in a shipping sack and not a cardboard box. Hat was tossed in the donation box for the thrift shop as it looks like a clown hat now.
