    Der Versand des Seilzuges erfolgte in 2 lapidar aneinander geklebten Papp-Rohren. Diese waren wohl auf dem Transport-Weg auseinander gebrochen und der Inhalt war verschollen. Ich habe dann durch GLS die leere Hälfte des Papp-Rohres erhalten, auf welcher der Versand-Label klebt. Ich habe den Verkäufer sofort gebeten mir Ersatz zu schicken. Erst nach langen/diversem "hin und her" mit dem Verkäufer hat er mir mitgeteilt, dass er keinen Ersatz liefern kann, und er hat mir den Kaufpreis erstattet.
