So I received this and thought it was very telling to receive instructions on how to get this to play. My DVD player is older and doesn't have a remote so I had to try to follow the instructions as best I could. Played the intro several times, then the equipment several times and finally got it to play the workout for a few seconds. I don't think this is the way this was made. I think its just a bad DVD. I have several FIRM DVD's. I threw this out, not worth the hassle.
