    Elixir Nanoweb or Polyweb Strings

    My preference, won't buy another brand. .11-49 ga is great for practice, .12-.53 brings your acoustic to life. Try them, you won't be sorry.

    Not even a good copy...

    This product was not the original Elixir strings but rather cheap basic strings, no coating. Dull sound, don't last long.

    Elixir Strings the String Professionals use the World Over!

    Elixir strings are my favorite! They last longer, sound brighter, the coating lubricates the strings so they don't hand up in the nut when I tune my guitar, and the coating keeps the finger noise down when I am changing chords!

    Dead bass strings.

    On my limited edition Alvarez SLM80 the bass strings were thumpy and had no sustain with these strings. I have gone back to Martin FX silk and phosphor and get better projection and sustain.
