It was shipped right away. It had everything I needed. I used quite a bit of tape and the last piece I needed was the last piece on the roll. This was the perfect amount of tape. The pieces of insulation only needed minor sanding. The instructions were clear. I haven't had a chance to use it in hot weather yet, but I think it makes my system way more efficient. I also think it made my AC quieter. I recommend this.
