    The machine was double boxed, but it did not arrive unaffected by the USPS gorillas. Even " premium" carriers have their own loaders and handlers who make sure packages are thrown around. None of this is the seller's fault. Some of the plastic got broken on the case, and on the machine. still repairable, and well within the scope of the price of the machine, which included free shipping. The machine does run, and the needle and the bobbin shuttle turns. Very good value, nice machine. Thank you.

    The saddle itself came as described in the listing. The only issue I have was shipping. After purchase the estimated arrival date was moved 3 times because the seller did not ship it for 8 days after I had purchased it. I did reach out and they were quick to respond. The saddle arrived a few days after contacting the seller. I would buy from this seller again because I am happy with the purchase, I just think it could have been shipped in a more timely manner.
