Very poor communication, ordered on 13/11/23, item not dispatched within time stated, even though marked as dispatched on 23/11/23 it wasn't with the courier until 11/12/23. Description was not accurate for the actual size that arrived and does not match the portrayed image shown on the listing in line with the scale. Overall extremely disappointed with the service provided from this seller.

As stated in the product description, dispatch times are in the order of weeks, and can be affected during peak periods, which the lead up to BFCM is. You received tracking which kept you informed of it's status at all times. As for the size of the miniature, it is printed at exactly the scale as provided by the designer, which is exactly as it states, in mm, in the lead image of the listing. We recommend using a measuring tape rather than your finger to confirm this.
