ZERO communication. I left a message with this seller as soon as I purchased the item asking if they could ship this item in a box because my area tends to be rough on packaging. They did not respond at all and instead stuffed the item in a mailer bag. The mailer bag arrived torn on the corner and scuffed up to the point of almost being ripped down one side. Being cheap and haphazardly stuffing buyers bought items in mailer bags is not good for either the buyer nor seller. Risky for the buyer.
