- 2***s (6)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseThe seller doesn't have the items shown on eBay. They showed photographs on line and on eBay saying that have that item, but they don't. They cancelled my order, but I feel that they should remove the misleading photograph and information from eBay. When I complained about this, they said that I was dissatisfied with the items and that I cancelled my order. Not true. I would never order anything from them in the future.Reply from: wwwtvpscom- Feedback replied to by seller wwwtvpscom.- Feedback replied to by seller wwwtvpscom.Buyer cs867028 received these ear cushions with another product. The buyer did not like these sponges, so we offered to cancel the sale once we saw the buyer purchased them from eBay, which they accepted. They were seeking a specific Dictaphone model that is no longer made and were disappointed we could not provide it. Our listing does not claim these are that discontinued model, and we accurately described the product and resolved the matter promptly and courteously.
