    Do your research...

    For the low cost that I found this one for it was a good value, but at regular going rate (4 to 500 $) it is not. Package comes with NO user manuals on the radio or hand held. Handheld looks to be made by Baofeng and similar to the 5R, so you'll need to down load their manual, same with the mobile unit.
