Joan Jett's career began at the tender age of 15 with her all-girl band of leather-clad rockers The Runaways. Despite having a huge influence over several generations of female musicians (most notably with their single "Cherry Bomb") the band split, and Joan formed the highly successful Blackhearts. Best known for the huge selling "I Love Rock N' Roll," which spent two months at number one on the Billboard chart, the group followed up with a series of hits including "I Hate Myself For Loving You," "Bad Reputation," and "Do You Wanna Touch Me?" This video anthology collects together all of the above songs, and a whole lot more, including rarely seen outtakes, television appearances, and previously unavailable videos.

    ABSOLUTELY AWESOME DVD ...AND THEN SOME....!!!

    Sitting together in reccent days with her longtime manager, Joan & Kenny give personal accounts of their times during her music making career: the amusing stories behind the songs and the videos, getting real about money, injuries, and the creative ways they have made things happen in her career. Joan personally introduces each one of the videos. The videos and live performances are all absolutely awesome; -the music gets you rockin', and she is SO entertaining to watch with her facial expressions and antics. This is one DVD set (2 discs) that one NEVER tires of! I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!It is worth the money!

    If you're reading this review you might think Joan Jett was possibly the most powerful and influential female force in music. And, if you ever ran into the living room when Joan Jett came on MTV, you need this DVD set.

    She still rocks!

    I have been a fan of Joan Jett for 23 years and this thorough vid comp did not disappoint! Every song you remember, some you didn't, and videos never seen before are here. Short, playful intros set up the vids and give behind-the-scenes info. The Euro versions are pretty plain. Surprising, since Euro versions of several 80's hits were banned from our MTV for content.

    Great DVD Set!

    If you are a Joan Jett fan it doesn't get any better than this DVD set! All of her videos plus interviews and a video of her first time skydiving!
