“New” items were not new as stated, 2 of 4 arrived used/damaged. Instead of doing the right thing and refunding us for used, damaged merchandise, they offered us a coupon to order something else. Really?!? We would never buy anything from someone who sells used, broken merchandise as new. Also $20 to ship 4 lightweight items? Seems pretty excessive.
