    Bob Dylan & Band Stealin' The Lost Tapes

    If I had known this was a CD-R I would not have bought it. Also, whoever copied it from the LP to the CD-R apparently did not know what they were doing. The end of several songs was cut off early and several Titles on the cover were not correct. For example, the song they show as "my love waits like silence" is actually "Love Minus Zero, No Limit". In addition, several other titles were similarly shown incorrectly. Like the title of this album, it's Stealin'. Not happy...

    Janis Joplin: I Got Dem Ol' Kosmic Blues Again Mama

    I Got Dem Ol' Kozmic Blues Again Mama is the one and only studio album Janis Joplin made with her band caleld "The Kozmic Blues Band". Recorded in 1969 at the end of the psychedelic rock era; this album has more of a laid back feel than most of her other fast paced, acid rock fueled work. Without "Big Brother" Joplin’s vocals still sound amazing, but the tracks on here in no way compare to her earlier work. This is more of a rock album that focuses on the singers amazing vocal abilities; and focuses less on heavy guitar solos. This is still an amazing album for new or old fans of the artist, however for those interested in her best work; listen to "Cheap Thrills" or "Live at Winterland '68".
