Great communication. Seller clearly states they ship in the shoe’s original box for environmental reasons, however if you ask for extra protection they will do so, using a thick recycled paper wrapping as to stay environmentally concious. This did not affect the original box negatively at all the box and shoes arrived in perfect condition and shipping was decent.

The uggs I purchased showed up in good condition. The only negative thing is the seller taped the ugg box together and shipped it that way. I spent a lot of money on the uggs and keep the boxes for storage. I couldn’t keep my 170 dollar ugg box this time. So if you’re a collector of shoe boxes and use them for storage, be mindful. Also, it leaves it open to theft as a possibility. While putting a box in another box seems redundant, it is necessary for the cost of the product being purchased.

Yes- I am a green company and use the original boxes as shipping boxes....The only negative about this Feedback is the buyer failed to read the listing where we state in 3 places how we ship and to ask us to wrap if gifting etc. Also, people steal - watch the news lately- they steal reboxed or not.....so if you want it covered asked at checkout !!!

Just a note that the shoe box was the shipping box so if purchased as gift or want to have untaped shoe box you might want to reach out to seller first. On that note, seller communication is quick and efficient. Had an issue with first shipment and seller addressed promptly and satisfactorily. Would buy from again.
