About this product

Product Information

Ben Holmes, a soon-to-be-hitched batchelor, is unable to fly to Savannah for his wedding (due to a careless seagull and an approaching hurricane). He must share a rented care with Sara, a kooky character who clashes with him in every way. What's that saying: opposites attract? Of course they do. Especially in these types of movies.

    Forces of Nature

Forces of Nature is one of the great comedies I have watched. Their is a great chemistry between Ben Affleck and Sandra Bullock and they are absolutely hilarious together in this movie. I would highly recommend this movie and will watch it over and over again. With everything that is going on around in this world, one can enjoy this great comedy and a good laugh.

  • Farces Of Nature

After debuting with the charming but forgettable family flick Harriet the Spy, director Bronwen Hughes proved herself to be a director not really worth watching by taking a stab at this cliché, opposites-attract romantic comedy. Forces of Nature doesn't offer up anything new to the ubiquitous genre, with the male protagonist trying to get to his wedding to marry the woman who is almost perfect, but just seems to be missing something, when along comes the fly-by-the-seat-of-her-pants, slightly eccentric woman who "changes everything." From there, the movie tries to become a sort of romantic Planes, Trains and Automobiles, but falls short of capturing any of the good qualities that that film so effortlessly pulls off. But many romantic comedies work quite well, despite the familiarity of ...

  • Forces of Nature

Ben Holmes, a pretty regular guy, is on his way to his wedding. A little accident hinders the takeoff, and soon Ben finds himself in a third person's rental car together with eccentric but attractive Sarah. Several catastrophic incidents later, the two are thought to be a married couple and run into Ben's best friend and his girlfriend, who happens to be the bride's best friend. Now, Ben and Sarah have to face the problem that they really might be made for each other, but they also might just be panicking about the upcoming events: His marriage and her first meeting with a special person. This movie is very entertaining and not particularly predictable. There's good acting, lots of interesting developments, and a very good story. A nice movie, with enough humour and charm to entertain.

  • Great movie

I'd seen this movie years ago (about 8 years ago or so) and decided to check it out again. The movie talks primarily about marriage a lot of the things to consider about it. Of course, this movie probably was never intended to be a replacement to a marriage counselor, or if you're having a hard time deciding if you should marry your fiancee, this movie should probably not be your guide to making a good decision. The philosophy in the movie follows the drama and storyline typical of a hollywood tale. The humor in the movie in unbelievable. Very funny indeed! Acting is good, but definitely one of Ben Stiller's not-so-great ones. Sandra Bullock does a real nice job, though, as do most other actors in the movie. My favorite thing about this movie, though, is the cinematography. Very clever, ...
