    Dee zee tailgate assist great product

    Works really good. Less than half price of dealerships. When you open tailgate just let it go . Will drop about 3 inches then slowly drops to complete open. Should have on all trucks. Dont have big clunk when dropping tailgate. Really great when your hands are full also gives you time to make sure it dont hit trailer jack or if you left something on bumper that will dent tailgate. I ve had several trucks wish i would had this on all of them. Easy ti install.

    Good product but cylinder could be bigger

    I had one of these for an older truck that I just sold and it seems like the cylinder was bigger and thus the tailgate let down slower. This one slows down but still comes down pretty quick but doesn't slam.

    Works great!

    One of the best aftermarket products ever for a truck. Manufacturers are starting to realize this is a needed accessory but a lot of them still don't have it. For those that don't, this is an easy, inexpensive upgrade that's super easy to install and works great. Highly recommend.

    Best addition ever

    For a small and cheap upgrade, this thing is great. Helps out if your hands are full and you have to lower the tailgate. Flick the handle and it lowers on its own. Cool little upgrade easy install. Had it done in 5 mins.

    Smooth drop

    My tailgate on my 2017 f250 would go down hard if I let go so I wanted to be able to unlatched my tailgate and let it go smoothly to open and this works perfectly. Seams strong and works great.
