Pattern as pictured and in great condition. The one top corner of the envelope was broken/ripped (which was pictured and I was aware of before buying), but I cut it in that area to make it even using scissors. The inside contents of it, the instructions and actual pattern, were most important, so that part doesn't bother me too much. Price offered was reasonable and seller had good honest communication.
