After 4 weeks of using every other day, the blades/cutters seem to be holding up & not degrading rapidly. OEM blades last about a year- I'm hopeful these will last as long, but my window to review will close before a true verdict can be reached. That said, they may or may not wear out sooner than OEM. All I can say right now is- So far, so good.

I bought these heads to replace some Original Phillips heads that I had installed about 6 months ago. Those more expensive Original Heads did not give a close shave and did not work properly from the start. These new heads make my old Norelco Series 5000 work just like new again. These are a good buy. Happy customer.

Was packaged well and looked exactly as described and as in the images, very good quality for the price. Unfortunately, I realised that I had mistakenly bought the wrong item as it wasn't compatible with the device the person it was bought for had. Communication with the seller was quick and easy and a full refund was processed quickly. I would use this seller again as the service was fantastic.

Packing seemed a bit sketchy: paperboard boxes, inside sticky-seal plastic envelopes, with the shaver heads audibly clinking and tinkling, bouncing into each other in the empty spaces inside the paperboard boxes. Disconcerting to listen to, but maybe not-bad packing? since they traveled this way, all the way from China, apparently intact.
