Laser packaging and laser were all brand new but I’m returning due to the Laser not engrave nothing I tried changing the settings and nothing it was a easy quick start up even though it took me a while to figure out how to properly assemble stand also now I’m going to return the item and I have to pay to ship item back to foreign county.
