Item was missing carrying strap, which was included twice in the listing description. Seller rudely stated I should buy one at Goodwill and offered no alternative or even a small credit. Would definitely not recommend seller as her communication style is not customer friendly. She did say I could return the bag, so I could pay a total of $40 in shipping costs. Absolutely ridiculous response.

Seller takes awhile to ship - during which time I realized because of the delay I would not receive the item in time. I requested to cancel the order (still in "Paid" status). I was told "I do not do cancellations" - then the item shipped a few days later. :-( Not a very smooth transcation.
