Für die Einlösung durch das Hotel gibt es keinerlei Garantie und bei Nichteinlösung ist der Kaufpreis weg, denn der Verkäufer verweigert die Rückzahlung des Kaufpreises. Verkäufer ist last-minute-travel, Gutschein-Aussteller ist We-are-travel bzw. SST. Bei Nichteinlösung verweigert We-are-Travel/SST die Rückerstattung des erhaltenen Kaufpreises. Das ist mir zuletzt mit Gutscheinen für ein Hotel in Venedig passiert.
