    "The Bible" of value investing.

    Bought this version of Security Analysis (1988, Hardcover), and was very pleased with it. Although it might feel less like a "pure Graham"'s way of thinking, It still delivers. The book includes thorough look and explanation of the mainstream financial instruments: their upsides, and dangers to avoid. And the mental frame for value investors as well. I would recommend it to any participant in the financial markets. Though former versions might be more true to Graham's spirit.

    Why go to college if you have this book?

    Was told by my finance professor at U. of chicago "you could have saved thousands of dollars, read Graham and Dodd's" He wasn't lying.
