If item was in California then why did it come through customs? Why the delays? Why described differently? Some of the beads are different from what is pictured in listing, why? When delivery date changed I asked why is it arriving through customs but was not told why.
I was advised to contact u prior to leaving comment but I previously asked and was not told why.I do not want anyone else having to wait on item that is not as described and not in the country.I don’t understand this transaction.

Very nice and sturdy canes. Looks good. Shipped promptly to US. Took USPS from Feb 22 to Mar 13 to get from Saddle Brook NJ to Shiloh GA. 20
days to go 958 miles. That's about 48 miles per day, or 2 miles per hour. Hard to leave seller feedback on arrival time with such pitiful USPS service. I will give them 5 stars because shipment to US was prompt.
