There is a LOT of content here. BUT... good luck finding anything. Lets say I want to make turkey tetrazzini That would be under poultry right? Well.. no. Maybe it's under pasta. Ummm no.... Cooking for one or two?.... nada, maybe it's under Grand Prize winners... nope, oh here it is under Potluck picks. In short this is a HUGE cookbook that I find to be totally useless. I find the index to be as confusing as the layout of the cookbook itself. This is NOT a condemnation of Taste of Home cookbooks. I have others that I have used till they are dog eared, but this one is going to library book sale.There is a LOT of content here. BUT... good luck finding anything. Being a subscriber to Taste of Home Magazine, and seeing this book advertised, I had to purchase it. Like the magazine this book is FABULOUS. I would highly recommend it to all buyers interested in a book with such a hugh selection of recipes. Everything you need is in this one giant volume. The instructions are easy to follow, and the pictures are beautiful. I have viewed the entire book, an have so many post its, on the recipes I would like to try it will take me forever to try them all.
