Unfortunately the screw thread was too big for the camera I have at the moment but I think that I can address this with some experts at my local camera shop. This is down to my lack of knowledge about cameras! The item arrived promptly at the promised time.

The only thing of note is that the tripod was dirty when I took it out of the packaging, but it’s listed as used so… What can you expect? The dirt cleaned off with a couple of wet wipes and afterwards seemed as good as new. BTW, general advice for buying a tripod: check the thread size. I did not check and had to wait a couple days to get an adapter to use it with my camera.
