    Very well done. Powers Booth does an excellent job portraying Jim Jones. His voice sounds incredibly like the audio tapes played on the news of Jim Jones.

    Hey Randy Quaid is in this one~

    TV movie about JIM JONES and his cult in Guyana~ Powers Boothe won an Emmy for the acting of the Cult Leader. Good Movie...follows the very mixed up boy to his adult hood and abuse of his power and women in his Cult. What I liked is the co stars...Randy Quaid....Meg Foster and Ned Beatty and James Earl Jones~ this movie is a bit of a bore~ but still worth the "watch" to see the madness and drug use of the Guyana Tragedy. I would give it a 5 out of 10. Way too long and way to detailed~ IF YOU FOUND THIS REVEIEW HELPFUL PLEASE REMEMBER TO VOTE~

    Guyana Tragedy - The Story of Jim Jones

    This is a true story! I remember the actual event, I was 18 at the time and watched it on the news. This is a great portrayal of the events that took place on that tragic day! If you are interested in the Jim Jones story then this is the movie for you.
