This cook book is full of delicious easy to follow recipes. But a little unknown tidbit, it contains a bunch of recipes for homemade rubs, seasonings, marinades. My kitchen looks like a Chemistry experiment as my husband measures, mixes and tests the different concoctions.

Best Book Yet From Purviance & Weber!!
This book includes all of the basics of grilling with charcoal or gas, complete with lots of pictures so you can see exactly how to set up the grill for the type of food you will be grilling and what the coals should look like. How to use the vents, how to use a rotisserie, and needed tools and equipment. The very best part of this book is the recipes. It does include the classics like pulled pork, burgers, steaks and ribs but also has a lot of great recipes with ethnic flavors. Kofta in Pita Pockets with Cucumber and Tomato Salad, Lamb Meatball Pitas with Chopped Salad and Minted Yogurt, Pork medallions with Asian Black Bean Sauce, Thai Shrimp with Watermelon Salsa, Shrimp Po'Boys with Creole Remoulade, Vietnamese Shrimp Pops with Peanut Sauce, Baja Fish Wraps with Chipoltle-Lime Slaw, ... There are many great burger recipes for beef,lamb and turkey. Each recipe and technique is very well illustrated with pictures. Dont Listen to Complainers This Is The Only Grill Book!
This Book is the culmination of 20 years of webers grill books and holy moses does it show!! It is the most well photographed as well. It has like 10 full page photo pages just on charcoal, arranging charcoal and how to light the grill. The recipes start from your most basic perfect burger to decadent lamb and specialty grill stuff and each recipe seems to have some tutorial on something new, weather it be on how to prep the perfect crown roast(yeah crown roast on the grill) or how to plan ahead of time with billions of flawless photos along the way, I do not work for webers or amazon or anything, just very glad I dont gotta try to guess and figure this stuff up by trial and error anymore!!This Book is the culmination of 20 years of webers grill books and holy moses does it show!! Best book Weber has put out, and they are all good books I should say. This book covers extensively how to properly BBQ red meats, pork, poultry, fish & seafood, vegetables, fruits and pizzas, for gas or charcoal users. It also provides other important information like tips in all areas of barbecuing, like how to properly trim fat and dress different meats, how to cut up chickens, how to arrange coals in multiple ways for different heat levels, how and when to use real wood, etc. It even covers using the smokers. And then there are over 100 recipes that are covered from prep to finish, with plenty of pictures. And they are not difficult at all. Great buy for any guy
Awesome cook book that has step-by-step instructions for different techniques and recipes and includes LOTS of pictures. Bought it for my dad and a guy friend of mine and they both loved it! Would definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys BBQ or has friends/family who do :)
