    The Complete Book of Greek Cooking (1991)

    Many Greek cookbooks are full of recipes that sound exotic and good but in the end are fairly undistinguished and bland. This cookbook, from the entrees to the desserts is full of tasty and well-written recipes. I used to carry around xerox copies of favorite recipes in a little folder that I would pull out everytime I wanted to cook and "travel" to Greece.
